Your personal data is processed for appointment creation and management, service delivery, customer relationship management, quality and satisfaction improvement, fulfillment of legal obligations, and promotional and informational activities within your explicit consent.

Your data is processed based on KVKK Articles 5/2 and 6/3; on the grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation and explicit consent.

Your personal data may be transferred only to the extent required by the service to our relevant business partners (payment, communication infrastructure, accounting), and to official institutions in accordance with legal requests. Transfer abroad is only carried out with your explicit consent.

Your data is collected through our website, contact forms, phone, email, WhatsApp, face-to-face meetings and browser cookies.

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically/abroad, request correction if incomplete/incorrect, request deletion/destruction, request notification of corrections to transferred third parties, object to any result against you arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
